A Watch Any Mama Will Love!

As a working mama, I’ll admit, I don’t always have time to go shopping for the latest trends. I’m literally always running from one place to another so, when choosing items that I wear, I tend to stick to items that are functional and at the same time versatile. Things that I can wear in any occasion, that will match with many of my outfits, and that are durable (with a toddler, this is a must!). When I find things that I love and that work for me, I have to share about them!

When I came across the amazing JORD watches, I’ll admit I was so curious, a wood watch? This was my first time hearing about these wood watches and I had so many questions about them... Are they itchy?? Comfortable?? Durable?? So, I decided to give them a try for myself and find out. Now,  I am really picky when it comes to partnering up with brands, I will only work with brands that I truly love and I always strive to give my honest opinion on everything I try. So, I decided to put my new JORD watch to work! I made sure to pack it in my travel bag for my upcoming trip to beautiful Santa Barbara! I wanted to see how it would withstand on this crazy mama that is constantly juggling between an energetic toddler, diaper bag, car seats, strollers, and everything else in between. 

 

So what did I think?!?

Sturdy! To my surprise, this baby super sturdy! I freaked out for a bit when I banged it against the car door as I got Emily out of her car seat. I thought for sure I had chipped it! I have the worst luck with watches! My first designer watch was ruined on the first day I wore it (no joke) so, I am super paranoid when it comes to wearing a watch. Turns out this watch has a sapphire crystal face which protects it from any chips or cracks.  My Hubby,  the watch enthusiast was shocked to learn that my JORD watch has a sapphire crystal face, for its price you are definitely getting your money's worth. This timepiece is definitely durable when it comes to handling a toddler and everything else life tends to throw at you!

 

Versatile & Elegant! I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a watch made out of wood, they were definitely new to me. For sure I thought it was very unique but, it wasn't until I felt it and paid close attention to it that I noticed all of the details put into this watch! Wow!! I love that I can wear it to work and on a casual day. I love that it is simple yet so elegant. I feel that this watch is for everyone regardless of your taste in style, it really can complement any outfit. As a mom of a toddler, I love that this watch is practical for everyday and sturdy enough to withstand bangs, drops, and even the hands of a wild toddler like mine! I cannot deal with heavy uncomfortable watches and this watch has none of that! I can literally wear this everyday! Mom win!

Mommy Approved! This mama definitely approved of this beautiful unique timepiece. It’s quickly became my new everyday watch. I love the design and its unique aspect. I never imagined adding a wood watch to my collection and I have to say this little gem reminds me so much of Mother Nature and its beautiful wonders.
